Categories
The KTM MTB Racing Factory team put in a superb performance at the UCI MTB World Series in Leogang against the world’s cycling elite.
Katrin Embacher took an excellent 4th place in the U23 XCC Race and 3rd place in the XCC in a particularly demanding race, made technical by wet conditions and slippery sections.
On a short, fast and particularly intense course, Katrin was among the leaders throughout the race. Just missing out on the podium, she achieved one of her best results of the season and confirmed her potential amongst the world’s cross-country elite.
Meanwhile, Mathys Guay finished in 14the in the men’s Elite category, maintaining a steady pace that saw him secure a place in the top 15.
