Ilona Rouat

Ilona Rouat is a French cyclist born on 30 May 2006 in Moëlan-sur-Mer (Finistère). She specialises in both road and track cycling, where she made a name for herself at a very young age thanks to her performances in the junior categories before turning professional.

Following a period as a trainee with the professional team Saint Michel-Preference Home-Auber 93, she signed her first professional contract with the Ma Petite Entreprise team for the 2026 season. She is also one of the athletes monitored by the French national road and track cycling team.

She has won several French championship titles in the youth categories. In 2026, she became French champion in the Madison event alongside her sister Jessica and also won a silver medal in the points race at the French Championships.
