Ilona Rouat

Ilona Rouat is a French cyclist born on May 30, 2006, in Moëlan-sur-Mer (Finistère). She specializes in both road and track cycling, where she distinguished herself at a very young age thanks to her performances in junior categories before turning professional.

After a stint as a trainee with the professional team Saint Michel-Preference Home-Auber 93, she signed her first professional contract with the Ma Petite Entreprise team for the 2026 season. She is also one of the athletes monitored by the French national road and track cycling teams.

She has won several French championship titles in the youth categories. In 2026, she became the French champion in the Madison event with her sister Jessica and also won a silver medal in the points race at the French championships.
