It is essential to dress properly when the temperature drops below 10°C.
Wind + speed + humidity = lower perceived temperature.
To do this, always follow thisgolden ruledepending on the temperature range:
- 1 breathable layer against the skin (base layer)
- 1 insulating (thermal) layer
- 1 windbreaker (in your pocket)
- wick away moisture

Adapt according to your sensitivity to the cold and exertion, and you will eventually find the outfit that suits you best.
10°C → 7°C: 2 layers


7°C → 4°C: go for 3 layers(base layer + thermal layer + pocketable windbreaker)
