How to use your warranty?

*EXTENDED WARRANTY TERMS

We apply reliable, durable and high-performance design, development and production processes to allow you to ride with confidence.

At Mavic, we make every effort to ensure the irreproachable quality of our products and to meet the needs of our customers.

As part of the services we offer on our new range, we offer a LIFETIME warranty on our carbon wheels. This warranty is only applicable to the original owner when the wheels have been registered at mavic.com/care within 2 months of purchase. It applies to all wheels in the 2021 range, sold since September 1, 2020. They are recognizable by their serial number starting with CFA214xxx or CRA214xxx and above.

* For our carbon wheels produced from the 2021 range (recognizable by their serial number starting with CFA214xxx, CRA214xxx, AFA214xxx or ARA214xxx and beyond), we offer a LIFETIME warranty. This warranty is only applicable to the original owner when the wheels have been registered at mavic.com/care within 2 months of purchase.

The Crash Replacement warranty extension allows you to renew your equipment at a discount price in case of an accident.
This concerns both carbon wheels sold since September 1, 2020 (-50% the first 2 years, -40% between 3 and 5 years, and -30% between 6 and 8 years); and also carbon wheels sold before September 1, 2020, aluminum wheels and helmets (-40% for the first 3 years).

Likewise, our aluminum wheels and all our other products are covered by the 2-year legal warranty. This warranty can be extended to 3 years for aluminum wheels, helmets and Comete Ultimate shoes when the product has been registered on mavic.com/care within 2 months of purchase.
All these warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship that would appear during normal use of the product with the exception of "wear" parts.
