The result: a wheel that is truly faster, in all wind conditions, from flat terrain to steep climbs and downhills.
This 55/65 combo is more aerodynamic and has better momentum than 45/55, a better companion if you spend more time on rolling roads than steep sections.

Its conception around a 25mm Aero Wide Rim optimized for 30mm tires offers the best aero/rolling efficiency ratio backed by wind tunnel sessions, Mavic Lab tests and our pro atheltes approval. A 25/30 combo rolls 11% more efficiently than a 23/28 set up, that's a lot of energy saved to push harder.
21 Aero Carbon Spokes reduce drag to offer improved speed and enhanced control thanks to lateral stiffness and vibration damping. Comete 55/65 rolls on Mavic Ceramic bearings, the reduced friction improves rolling efficiency and for ultimate smoothness and speed ride after ride.

Our specific Adaptive Layup structure, combining different fibers (T700, T1000, 3K), offers an ideal balance between stiffness, handling, and dynamic behavior. The aero-shaped, lightweight carbon spokes transmit every watt without loss while reinforcing the wheel's racy character.
Internal tests show that the 21/21 spokes configuration, 14/7 on each side, offers the best stiffness/aerodynamics/weight ratio for precise handling and perfect tension balance, further enhancing handling precision.
