During the time trial at the 2026 French Road Championships, Heïdi Gaugain delivered a top-notch performance by taking 2nd place in the amateur standings. This performance was all the more remarkable given that she also posted the 7th fastest time in the overall standings, placing her among the top French professional riders.
On a demanding course of nearly 30 kilometers between Aosta and La Tour-du-Pin, Heïdi perfectly paced herself to post the 2ᵉ best time among the amateurs.
