Continental Atherton Racing: Malik Boatwright on the Podium in La Thuile
Categories
In the heart of the Aosta Valley, at an altitude of over 1,400 meters, La Thuile hosted a round of the Downhill World Cup for the first time on the weekend of July 4. With dusty and dry conditions, the riders were put to the test.
In particularly challenging conditions, the Continental Atherton Racing team once again delivered two strong performances against the world’s downhill elite.
In the junior category, Malik Boatwright continued his impressive progress with a 2nd-place finish. Malik reaffirmed his excellence. Another podium finish brings him a little closer to victory race after race.
Luke Wayman delivered a solid performance, securing a 14th-place finish against formidable competition. He has once again demonstrated his ability to compete at the highest level on the most technical terrain.
