Triathlon (M) - European Championships

Dorian CONINX wins the European Triathlon Championships in Valencia (Spain).

CONINX King of Europe!

Outstanding performance by Dorian CONINX! The 27 year old triathlete won the first European crown of his career.

After having distanced his rivals on the run, the Frenchman from Team Poissy Triathlon was able to resist to the come back of the two Spanish runners, Roberto SANCHEZ MANTECON and Antonio SERRAT SEOANE. In spite of the absence of major names in the discipline such as Vincent Luis or the recent Olympic Champion Kristian BLUMMENFELT (Norway), who were present at the Malibu Superleague stage, Dorian CONINX dominated the race to win a well-deserved title.

This continental title comes at the end of a fantastic season, after the bronze obtained at the Olympic Games in the mixed relay and his recent victory in the World Series (WTS) in Montreal.
