On June 15th and 16th of this year, Jean-Pascal Roux established a new world record of distance in 24 hours: 839 kilometers. He exceeds by four kilometers the previous record of

the world held by the Slovene Jure Robic done five years earlier. It was necessary to him to

fight against the day smothering heat and the night showers to cover the distance. His choice

had concerned to the shoes with innovative construction Huez because he appreciated

during 24 hours their comfort, their rigidity and their extreme lightness (195 g).
