1-2-3 at the Tour of Britain
(16 September 2012)
British cyclist Jonathan Tiernan-Locke of the Endura Racing team won the 9th edition of the Tour of Britain. He earned the leader’s jersey on the 6th stage and held on to it to the finish, becoming the first rider from the home country to win this event.
After an eventful week of racing, Mavic riders also finished second and third: Nathan Haas (Garmin-Sharp) came in second, and Damiano Caruso (Liquigas-Cannondale) was third overall.
